I will be offering a beautiful Ballet Taster Session for beginners to intermediate level . This has been stirring in me for a while as I have contemplated the immense grounding, grace and peace that ballet has gifted me for at least three decades now ! So with a spring in my step I look forward to to sharing a ballet barre, an expansive fluid centre practice and the invitation for u at the end to learn a lyrical ballet routine .
